This November, we'll be asking our supporters to join in on the latest movement of the epilepsy community and host “at-home” dinner parties to raise awareness and money for the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago.
These might be simple affairs, with just a few neighbors and some burgers on the grill. Or they might be full-blown feasts with hundreds of guests and multi-course meals. Imagine not just one or two dinners here and there, but dozens—maybe even hundreds—of dinners all taking place, all over the Greater Chicago area, all in the same month, and all with the same goals:
• Fundraising to support the Epilepsy Foundation’s programs and services;
• Awareness of epilepsy and the Epilepsy Foundation’s mission; and
• Participation in Epilepsy Foundation programs and events.
That’s the whole point behind Talk About It! @ Dinner: It’s YOU, having dinner with YOUR friends, talking about something that YOU care deeply about...all while helping ensure the continued viability of vital epilepsy services to the community.
